好像TSC除了处理PP的，基本已经不干活了？每个月Processing time就前进不到一个星
期，真不知道什么时候才能轮到

Here is some info for you to consider.
I checked a total of 170 140 petitions which were filed during 11/19/2010 to
11/22/2010.
135 (~80%) are still in "initial Review".
33 (~20%)approved (days from initial review to approval: range 8-160 days) .
1 withdraw
1 denied.

我想你的case应该很快了，我11月22日递交到tsc的EB1B(140+485，non-pp),4月27日被
同时批准，祝你好运！

I had similar data collected by myself through the receipt no.
From Oct. 1 to Oct 25, total 360 I-140 cases were received by TSC. Among
them, nearly 1/3 got results (approved, REF and denial), and the rest of
them are still pending.
