背景(一般）：
7 papers (4 first author, all English, published in American Journals)
citation ~40
13 conference abstracts (4 first authored)
8 recommendation letters (1 from Japan, 1 from Canada, 6 from USA)
claimed contribution,publication and judge of work of others。
4/21 filed, 今天收到RFE, RFE 是4/28发出来的：
Please submit a complete copy of the actual letter and/or contract offering
employment to the beneficiary (addressed to the beneficiary), issued by the
appropriate university hiring authority. This letter or contract must set
forth the title, terms and conditions of the position offered.
我在file 140之前已经给了律师我的director 的信，说我的职位是permanent, 我也同
时给了校长签字的contract,contract 是一年一年续签的。是不是因为contract 是一
年一年续签的？可是就连tenured track professor 也是一年一年续签的啊。难道律师
没放上去？
大家认为USICS要的这封letter 应该是怎样的letter 呢？过来人能否指点一下？谢谢
