Last year I concurrently filed 140 and 485 to TSC. Unfortunately 140 was
denied. In two months I got a letter from USCIS. It says because my 140 is
denied, 485 is also denied. At that time, both fingerprint and name check
were done. At the end of last year, I submit 140 again, and it is approved.
This April I resubmit 485. I was wondering if I could relink to the result
of fingerprint and name check from my first petition, which will save a lot
of time to process my second 485. Is there anybody having the same
experience?
