Could someone be so kind to advice on how to request for recommendation
letters? For some professors out of touch for years, is it rude to write an
email asking for recommendation out of blue? However, it would seem awkward
if I send them a small gift, etc., which looks like bribery and might
actually upset some people. Any advice/comment would be much appreciated!!
