That journal is international peer-reviewed, But thay are not available in
Scopus or ISI Web of Knowledge.
Actually, they are no citation.
If not list, the paper number is less,
If list, the citation number/paper is less.
I want to use Scopus/ISI, So don't know how to deal with them?

谢谢，但是，我要放上引用的SCOPUS图的话，只有SCI 文章才能列上啊。
IO 会不会问那你其他的文章的引用呢？

又没规定没有引用的文章不能算作PUBLICATION

如果文章多, 可以忽略.

These papers without citation will reduce your average citation if you
really want to show your average citation. Otherwise, don't need to worry!
Put them in the publication list. Do not need to mention the citation.
