请问跟绿卡持有者结婚，多久能拿到绿卡？在等待绿卡其间，需要自己保持身份留在美
国吗？等待其间可以合法工作吗？回国重新签证的话，如果自己是F２，是否影响批准
呢？

which by definition must be still married to an F1, and her question is
about marrying a GC, interesting because she has to divorce the F1 first.

then she will be out of status, right? so she has to change to F1 first.
