why the payment centers like these: http://www.irs.gov/uac/Pay-Taxes-by-Credit-or-Debit-Card
can take the payment till Feb 01?

马上要递485表了，需要做体检，不知道有没有有经验的人推荐克利夫兰又好又便宜的
485体检医生，万分感谢！最好在cuyahoga地区的。谢谢谢谢！
另问一下，如果找家庭医生开了血检报告证明含有抗体，是否就不用打疫苗了。

是不是只要２０１２年交的税比２０１１年多就没有罚款，即使你欠IRS税。

No. If you didn't pay estimated tax, you need to pay more than 100% or 110%
(150k or more) of your 2011 tax due. If you did pay estimated tax, the
calculation is tricky.

这个怎么解释，是不是我说的"只要比２０１１ withhold 的税多就没事？

不对。
You don't need to pay penalty if you didn't make any estimated tax payment
in 2012 AND one of the following is true
a) your 2012 AGI is less than 150k and your 2012 tax withholding is greater
than your tax liability of 2011
b) your 2012 AGI is greater than 150k and your 2012 tax withholding is
greater than 110% of your tax liability of 2011
c) your tax withholding is greater than 90% of your tax liability of 2012
