公司的律师一开始不赞成，说我只有MARGINAL CHANCE. 在我的坚持下还是给办了。老
美律师，有些地方和这个版上的说法不太一样:
1. 推荐信越多越好. 我要了9封 (1 UK, 1 Canada, 7 from US)，没有一个是引用
过我文章的。推荐人的背景越强越好（top universities (1 from Harvard)/
organizations）. 只要是目前不在一个公司/学校并且没有coauthor过的，都算
independent.
2. PP 不会增加REF的机会。处理PP的IO比别的更理解immigration law, 更
reasonable. 尽管我的case 不强，律师还是鼓励我pp, 说他更愿意与处理PP的 IO打交
道。
3. PL：第一部分先介绍公司，证明我公司有资格支持EB1b. 接着写我的
international recognition (totality), 引用我的推荐人的话。然后才开始逐条
claim. 最后又强调我的education background （top US Ph.D program），并附上US
news 的排名。他把我的paper都放在一起，并不区分1st 或是挂名author.
从去年11月开始想EB1就一直在本版潜水，得到不少信息，在此谢过。祝愿所有的人早
