EB2, PD 9/2006, 确切哪天不记得了.
昨天(6/4)收到email说卡在ordered了.
我是485以后结婚的.LP学生身份.她的485申请6/1寄出,查tracking,USCIS应该是6/2收到.
问题是这是算我绿卡批之前吗?还是必须收到USCIS receipt才算?

There is a bit of a safety net, however, under Section 245(k) of the
Immigration and Nationality Act. This applies in employment-based cases and
allows the filing of I-485s even if the applicant has been out of status for
up to 180 days. Thus, if there is a short gap between the approval of the
primary's I-485 and the filing of the dependent's I-485, the dependent's
case should still be accepted and approved.
看起来晚一点也没关系.不过不知道有没人有过这样的经验.
