如果公司帮助申请绿卡（应该是EB1B了），手续费律师费什么的还都是自己出吗？是不
是公司只是帮助出具一些工作证明之类的材料，能否申请下来主要看自己的以往的成绩
如Paper等？很弱的问题，大家见笑了，但是希望大家不吝赐教，先谢谢了。

You should ask your employer to pay the cost first. If your manager or HR
refuse, then pay it from your own pocket. It does not hurt to ask. It worths
your money if your employer refuses to pay.

Thanks a lot. Could you please tell me what the most important factors are
for EB1B application? Papers or patent？
