似乎大家对485的filing address颇有些争论。不过看了USCIS的网上的instruction,应
该很清楚啊。是不是最近更新了？大家来确认一下吧！
If you are filing based on a pending or approved I-140,then file your form I
-485 at: USCIS Phoenix or Dallas Lockbox, based on where you live.
If you are filing with Form I-140, then file to Dallas Lockbox.

果然更新了。之前的跟140有关的写得混乱无章,他们总算意识到了。
你说得没错，跟更早的一样，pending or approved 140按地点交到phoenix或者dallas lock box; 难怪交到nsc的，支票都是在phoenix cashed.
一起交的，到dallas lockbox.
