This message is being sent to all F-1 and J-1 visa holders attending the
University of Iowa.
是所有F, M，J类得visa全停了！！！
We have been informed that there is a communication problem between the
SEVIS system and the Department of State?s data system that has caused data
integrity issues. Thus, effective immediately, the Department of State has
halted the issuance of ALL F, M, and J visa at all U.S. embassies and
consulates.
Thus, if you plan to travel in the near future and will require a new visa
to return, you will not be able to obtain a visa until the problem is
resolved. Consider this problem if you are planning any travel outside the
U.S. If you have a valid F, M or J visa, this problem will not affect that
valid visa.
The Department of State has not provided any information on when this may be
resolved and when they will again be able to issue F, M or J visas.
The Office of International Students & Scholars will update you with any
additional information.

看了看 应该不会影响Opt吧 那个和visa关系不大

你找到工作可以让雇主给你申请H-1B。 否则我不认为你可以申请工卡。

No, H4 can not apply for EAD.
