伪币酬谢兄弟亲属绿卡申请交过了AOS, IV Fee，网站问题打印不出cover sheet
是我姑姑已兄妹的关系给我爸爸申请的绿卡。在网站上交过了AOS, IV Fee。但是他们
网站现在系统有问题打印不出。我想问问那个cover sheet会注明需要什么材料吗？我
就照着上面的材料备齐交给他们就行了吗？
打电话问他们，他们也不知道系统什么时候可以好，所以让我email to them要cover
sheet，但是要20个工作日！所以想问问这里有知道cover sheet又需要什么材料的同学
吗？我可以先准备着，等寄到了，我就直接一起交就好了。实在是万分感谢！要是能
再说一下后门的步骤是怎样的就更感谢了。

They (NVC or USCIS) have stopped mailing a big package of blank forms +
instructions to people a long time ago. You need to go to DOS website to
print out the forms, fill them out and mail them back. They won't mail you
those forms. They are all on the website.
