移民局有个文件叫Cronin memo。这个文件专门讲了用ap回来的H-1b holder如果没有换

Cronin memo里面的说法是用AP回来之后如果你renew H-1b，你就重新回到了H-1b状态
（在这之前你是parolee）。所以H-1b是可以renew的。

" ? Have some difficulty to understand Engilish word "grant".

interim rule allow him or her to now apply for an extension of nonimmigrant
status?

我的理解是这样的：
如果你用了AP回来，你变成了parolee。这时候如果你申请H-1b延期，而且被批准了，
那你就又变回H-1b了。
如果你只是申请了AP，但是没用，那你就还是H-1b，你跟别的没有申请AP的H-1b没有任
何分别。所以说你申请AP对你renew H-1b没有任何影响。

I got AP, and H1B renew is pending now.
Plan to use AP to enter US. If my H1B renew is approved before I use AP,
whether I still can use AP to enter US.
