I got AP. And renewing my H1B now, in another word, the case was submitted
to USCIS but pending for approval.
Can I use AP to enter US after my H1B renew is approved?
The reason to have this concern because the following in the Cronin Memo:
If the Service (Immigration and Naturalization Service) determines the alien
's application for an extension of nonimmigrant status, the decision
granting such an extension will have the effect of terminating the grant of
parole and admitting the alien in the relevant nonimmigrant classification.
