when i filed my 485, I did not wait for the 140 approval notice, instead i
used the 140 receipt notice, although the 140 case was already approved. I
did not wait for the 140 approval notice only because of my tight schedule.
Can this potentially delay my 485 processing ? Imagine when the VO saw the
140 receipt notice and he/she would think my 485 case will have to wait for
my 140 approved first which can take quite a few months, so he/she will put
my 485 at the some corner and won't touch it for long.
what do you think ? Anyone whose 485 not approved yet used the 140 receipt
notice also ?
