哦，我现在还没有选家庭医生，能不能选移民官指定的医生作为家庭医生呢?
或者年检和移民体检是两种不同的检查程序？

yes, you can, but you don't have to, and it's probably not beneficial for
you anyway. Your PCP doctor is what you'll use for many years (of course,
you can also change), so choose one you feel comfortable and close to your
home, etc. Your PCP should be in your insurance network. The only advantage
to take the vaccines in a PCP office is that the insurance may cover some of
the cost.
yes, they are different. At least in theory, one is for this bureaucracy
purpose, one is for your own health and tailored to you.
