You are absolutely right. It seems the "Employment-based adjustment
applications" is 4 months for both TSC and NSC now.
However 4 months is just an average for all the Ebs. Considering Eb2 485
could be much faster than Eb1 485, it is not that exciting for people in the
Eb1 category yet.
