你公司/单位的HR开证明, 加上你老板的签了子的信.

if company is big (say 500+ employees or public-trading), letter from CFO
plus an annual report to stockholders will do. Otherwise, tax return,

ability to pay 不是啥重点，应该是和永久职位相关联的。
我觉的开着证明就好，把你老板的几个 funding 列上。

well, my friend filed for EB1B, and he was RFEed for the ability to pay only.
