还扯到放血方式，激素抗生素啥的，都无知成啥样了。
美国牛肉为啥不像国内牛一样？道理太简单了。因为美国大多数牛是angus beef，
Angus吃玉米而不是草，优点是比较嫩，烤牛排啥的好吃。这也是美国有那么多‘玉米
地’的原因。玉米主要不是给人吃，而是当饲料给牛吃的。
国内的牛肉，特别是你小时候吃的牛肉，是以草为主料的，吃草的牛的特点就是肉比较
老，要炖很久才会烂。你在这里也可以买Grass Fed Beef,很多Farmers Market就卖这
个。比较贵罢了。

打电话想把citi aa卡转成forward卡，csr说可以转，但是没有饭馆和书店每刀5pt的
benefit。
但是看前面的人似乎都可以通过转卡拿到呀？请教一下。
ps，forward没有全新申请的link了？

我问律师是否我review big name的paper或者big name cited my paper有特别意义，
律师说
To be honest, I don’t think the officer will be familiar with your field
enough to know the difference between a big name and a small name. As long
as the person has published in your field and teaches or researches in your
field, USCIS will consider them a suitable expert to comment on your work.
虽然感觉他答非所问，但是，还是感觉是否big name没有什么意义啊

我也很想确定，不过目前不知道是citi的系统问题还是怎么的，很多新forward的卡都
没5%。。。等待大神出现解答

I agree with your attorney. I did not find big names, but I just got letters
from some top univ in different countries. If you are studying physics, do
you know any big person in biology nowadays? Not to say these immigration
officers.

烤牛排嫩不嫩不在于牛老不老，而在于marble的好不好。

坑爹的citi现在的申请链接有问题，新的卡都没5%，不知道转卡咋样

按一下维基百科的说法，这个Angus牛是一个种，全篇没提玉米的事。

Angus beef需要要用玉米来作为饲料。如果还不了解，可以看看NHK的纪录片：改变世
界的一头牛。没时间的话看前6分钟就够了。

给lg写推荐信的人中有一个是院士，可是律师说EB１的推荐信中不要提他是院士，也别
提他多牛。。。

可能是因为推荐人对被推荐人的工作是否熟悉起决定性因素，至于推荐人的地位其实不
太重要，要突出的是被推荐人的地位...

I mentioned all the fellows' titles, but focused on how Niu I am, not how
niu they are. seems work well

想想那些IO是什么教育水平，也就知道谁是院士他能知道么。
但是打扫卫生的多知道哈佛耶鲁mit。

big name or not depends on what you say, not what you think.
as long as you can say something about the person who you want to be "big
name", then he has "big name"
IO know nothing about the person before you mention his name.
