processing time.

paper: 6 Eng, all first author. 5 conference posters

letters: 7 (3 from professors in the same school, 1 from a professor in the
same town, 1 from Europe, 1 from the current company, 1 from another company
). No big Niu.
membership: ACS, Sigma Xi(spent more than $100)
Review:6 times for 2 journals
Working in a small company with less than 60 people.
No patent, no rewards, no media reports.

authership,original contribution,judge, membership
Filed EB-1B and NIW in the same time, I am lucky with both get approved.
Like to file 485, can somebody provide a template for an employment letter
for reference?
