Dear All:
I submitted EB1B application one month ago.
Because the financial recession impact my company, there may potential
layoff.
So I PPed for my EB1B application. Yesterday, the USCIS in Texas received
my PP application.
Now, I got news that I'm OK, however, I can't cancel my PP.
I'm concerned about my weak case. My background is as follows:
22 paper (half first author), 3 book chapters, one conference paper and one
abstract. Impactors for most of journal are less than 2.
Total citation was 133 times.
19 times of review
some media report.
Do you think for my case it is OK to PP?
What should I do for potential RFE because lots of PP applica received RFE?

I submitted my EB1B on July 5th, 2011.
For some reason, I PP on August 19th, 2011. Today, I received email from my
lawyer that my case was approved August 26th, 2011.
Faster than I expected, only five days.
I did my application through Sabrina,Zac Liu's association, which personally
is profession and on time.
Thanks God.
