Chemistry, U.S. PhD, Postdoc currently
Publication： 16, all English, 10 first author (交上去后有一篇刚刚accept，一
作)
Citation: 152 (没数多少是independent的)
Review: 24 times for 6 journals (交上去后又收到两次邀请，其中有个是JACS)
推荐信有6封，4封独立的，有美国，欧洲和一个中国的，其中一个是美国院士
被RFE了
承认了authorship 和 review，contribution要求补材料
我准备单列一下independent citation，再找两封独立推荐信，把多的paper和review
列一下
我想把journal的重要性再强调一下
比如说，JACS在化学里已经算很好的杂志了
可是在ISI上查impact factor的排名
只是第11位（subject categories CHEMISTRY, MULTIDISCIPLINARY）
看上去一点都不突出，我当初提交的时候只好说这是total cites最多的journal
大家有什么好的建议呢？
还有我的citation和一些hot的领域比不多，可是在我自己的这个领域还是挺多的
这个怎么证明啊，好像没有那么细的统计啊，只找到关于化学这个大类的
我搞的东西比较基础，所以没有专利，也没有具体的工业上的应用
我还可以补充些什么呢？

1. You may rank the journals based on their Eigenfactor Scores, in that case
, JACS is ranked #1 ( in subject categories CHEMISTRY, MULTIDISCIPLINARY）
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eigenfactor
2. Run searches using the Key Words of your articles and choosing the same
publishing year to find out whether your citation is higher than the others
or among the top percent
