yes, think they are very responsive, been through all kinds of visa (
including GC) with them, recently. especially for EB1 reference letter, the
paralegal is reading word by word for corrections.

In my case, the guy really really NOT responsive.. It ended up I hired my
own attorney and claim all stuff I gave to them is DIY since they are the "
only legal representative" for my company. sigh..
