求大家的评估。
我的背景：三无人员
小学校的AP
9 publications (all Eng)
15 conference abstracts
114 citations , 90+ independent.
Reviewed one journal only once.
刚刚把所有的钱, 140和485 的材料都交给律师了,律师说: To be honest with you, I
don’t think you can win with what you just have….我被打击的语无伦次了.不
是说Eb1b 很容一的吗, 大家觉得能不能上啊...哭等.........
更新: 律师的建议: 增加2-3次审稿,机会增加很多. 原因是现在的Eb1b 比一年前要难很多,是以为通过的一个什么Kazarian case....求达人指点这是个什么东东
现在我在试着做个图，这也是律师建议的。可是杯具的是引用最多的文章竟然在ISI Web of Sci上找不到引用次数。。。有没有高人指点一下。。。在线等!

如果EB1A，是有点够呛，如果EB1b，应该还有希望

Your lawyer sucks.Definitely good enough for EB1b.
Seems stronger than my case, my EB1b pp passed without RFE.

Why didn't s/he tell you this before you paid? S/he should have evaluated your case before you paid, right?
Check your contract, oftentimes you can get your money back minus the hourly rate charged hours that you have talked/emailed/phoned with him/her.
If there's no such clause, this lawyer might be a run-away-after-first-payment kind of bad lawyer, and you'd better cut the loss now, rather than later.
BTW, I do feel that your case is good enough at least for EB1B. You can talk to more lawyers for free evaluations.

居然还有这样无耻的律师

your case before you paid, right?
hourly rate charged hours that you have talked/emailed/phoned with him/her.
payment kind of bad lawyer, and you'd better cut the loss now, rather than
later.
talk to more lawyers for free evaluations.

your lawyer sucks!
your case should be enough for Eb-1b. And no matter how weak your case is,
the lawyer should push for it, that's what they are paid for! Otherwise who
will hire a lawyer if it is a no-brainer.
