一作，发到很一般的杂志，引用很少。能吹不？咋吹？

我想了想，说review文章在杂志所有paper中占极少数，靠这个吹点small percent
符合逻辑不？

If you can find a few review articles from this journal by the big shots,
you may say that you are also an expert of the field.
