从RESEARCH ID连过去，只找到3篇我的文章，另两篇找不到，
是朋友帮忙找的，用了我的名字，我老板的名字，以及文章名，好像都没有找到。
但是SCOPUS上都能找到
诚心请教如何处理这种情况。

就是说你的那两篇文章所在的杂志不在ISI的数据库里。
整理材料的时候把ISI的数据和Scopus的数据加一起就行了。

from my experience ISI 's data base covers more journal and paper than
Scopus. I used scopus's before and found my paper has a good ciation, but
the title and paper did not match, they use another paper's title for my
paper.
I wrote email to Scopus and they correct it in about 3 weeks. in these
three weeks I just prepare the recommendation letter.
if you still want to use ISI for all of your paper, try to send them email.
they may change it in several weeks

我当时给scopus的e-helpdesk support写email,类似于你说的两个。你可以都发信试试
。他们很可能很快给你回信，但数据库更新过来要至少三个星期，这段时间你正好把
推荐信和其他材料准备好。我的在递交之前都及时地用到了。
