not necessary. I submitted a translation of one award with my friend's
signature. All you need to say is that he is both fluent in chinese and
english.

我的意思是, 移民局说了翻译要找人作保吗? 因为我压根儿就没写是谁翻译的。

如果不是很重要的东西应该不需要吧，要看这些内容在你的 PL 里起的作用，如果 IO
有大可能想看一下，还是公证一下保险
