在safeway买的熟食，all natural roasted beef, 还在华人店买了五香牛肉。两种牛
肉都很嫩，都被切成薄片卖的，口味不太一样。老美的roasted beef好像更嫩，有牛肉
味儿；老中的五香牛肉五香粉的味道浓些，就是调料味十足。这两种牛肉卖价差不多，
一磅十几刀，想问问这两种牛肉哪种更健康些？

LD组一共三人参与了这个项目，得了这个大奖。（此产品获奖）。
产品的DEVELOPER写的是LD单位。但是LD收到了CONGRATULATION的LETTER。
不知道此项是否可以CLAIM AWARDS？
我看了USCIS的文件，好象说 awards的RECEIPT应该是AILEN而不是HIS/HER EMPLOYER？
这句话怎么理解？谢谢。

老中和老美的做法是完全不一样的，不能去比较。 roasted beef 基本是原味，最好里
面还带点血，8-9成熟比较好。五香牛肉是煮出来的，最好比较干一点好。
Roasted beef有可能外面烤焦，烧焦的部分最好不吃，会有致癌成分。

Just my 2 cents: If your LD goes for EB1B, this can be used. But perhaps it'
s not for EB1A.
