感觉面试的时候问director级别的人物，他们也不大清楚，就给你打打哈哈，说什么公
司肯定支持办绿卡的。

目前拿到offer的一个公司今年才开招中国人，以前都是老美。

Perhaps you need to educate them about the green card issues. Most likely
they won't know about it. Not only HR, but also the boss, are whom you will
need support from.
Also, ask whether you can ask your own lawyer to do this, if you want to use
a lawyer. Some company lawyers are not only not helping, but also making
troubles.
