多提提意见
RFE:
核心是 2 authorship，3 judge 是satisfied,但是1 不满足，需要补充材料。
Totality没有提满足还是没满足。

大纲我觉得还不错，关键是论证的内容。
你的rfe的核心看起来有三点，
1.推荐人用的语态将来时太多
2.“evidence of other researchers began using her
model rather than the traditional models.”
3.“evidence of other
scientists or institutions which have began to use her database”
不知道你这几个问题回答的是否逻辑通顺。

can you find out the traffic information about your database?
Try to find out how many visits/visitors and from how many countries.
If you use Apache, you should find out all the IP addresses visited you in a
log file.
If you use other software, try you best to find out visiting IP addresses.
I have a database. In the past year, there were visitors from more than 50
countries. I use this to support international influence.
