i already got my card in August based on Eb1-b from a university (during my
postdoc). A law firm helped me do this. But the university is withdrawing I-
140 case saying that the petition was done without the university's
agreement. Would my card be revoked?
After the I-140 was approved, i left the university and is working in a
company. This company applied H1b for me in April and it was approved. If my
card is revoked, is H1b still valid?
I will greatly appreciate if someone can provide helpful advice?

I think you are safe. Better consult with a lawyer to make sure.

My own lawyer doesn't know what will happen and how to deal with it. Who can

For card, depend on when you submited 485. If 485 was received over 180 days
when you joined the company, I think they can't revoke. Othervise, it might
be a problem.
You H1b is safe.

my 485 was submitted around 5/11. I left the university at the end of July.
and the university has withdrawn i-140 around 9/17. But don't know when the
university request reached uscis.
so depressed.
