I-485收据上的那个Alien Number, 是不是就是所有其他申请表（比如我现在要做的I-
359表 ---- H1 to H4 change of status)所问的A# ?

Isn't this number the same one on your 140 approval notice? This A# should
be the one you use from then on.
Earlier A#'s such as in your OPT EAD, etc, should not be used any more.

as far as I know, You got an A# when you submit an 140 even if it is denied

Yes, you are right. There is an A# on the 140 receipt notice, which is
different from OPT EAD A#. The 140 A# is the one that we should use from now
on.

我是140和485同时递的，副申请人485 收条上的A# 是不是就是她的A#，
以后就一直用的。

Not everyone has the same A on 140 and 485
My 485 A is different from 140 A
your 485A is your final and correct A, which will also appear on your GC.
