请问绿卡体检要去什么地方有指定的医院么？打过的疫苗是在同一个地方证实么？
还有打疫苗的话也在同一个地方么？
以前打过的疫苗是在体检的时候会知道么？
还是可以出示疫苗本国内的？
一共要花多少钱呢?
保险会cover么？

能在问一下：
1.我怎么找家庭医生呢？找中国人么？
2.绿卡体检可以直接找家庭医生体检么？什么样的家庭医生才算合格呢？若是可以找家
庭医生那么是医生把693表格填好么？还是医生要出具体检证明打过疫苗或者是没有体
检到抗体然后证明打过疫苗呢？
3.“保险的话不是要去制定的医生么？又怎么能自己找医生呢？”

Your insurance often provides the network of doctors, and you can choose
anyone of them, or ask your friends or colleagues whom they recommend.
You can, but you don't have to.
The USCIS specified doctors may or may not be in your insurance's network.
Now that you are asking this question, your family doctor may not be one of
them.
You can use your record of vaccines, and some are valid for 10 years. Then
that green card doctor may tell you what else you need. Either they provide
those, or you can go to your family doctor to get those vaccines.
Do you have a family doctor now? Within the network of your insurance, you
can choose a doctor to be your family doctor.
"又怎么能自己找医生呢？”
USCIS specified doctors are not one and only. There could be multiple in
your area, and you can go to any one of them, so there's also a choice.
Their prices, policies on where you should get the extra but needed vaccines
, etc may differ, and you can call them to find out.

家庭医生找几个都行是么？

No, only one. After you choose one, you can change it though, through your
insurance's website, or call your insurance. Before your switch is done, you
'd better not to go to another doctor without referral, as that may not be
covered.

请问关于疫苗只要mmr varicellar and td 么？
为什么693上面列了很多
其他都不需要么或者不是required的么？

还想问一下
医生检查完是要把 693表格填写好封起来还是去uscis指定的医生那里去那里的医
生给把693 填好封起来
然后是可以和 uscis的医生说找自己的家庭医生来查身体包括 regular的 physical
test还有 blood test for syphillis, tb 然后疫苗也是可以在家庭医生那里打或者
测试么只是包含 3种疫苗么？

The table lists a lot, but the IOs still just need to see 3.
