Is the same AP (advanced parole) for people having no green card and for
people already having green card?
What's the difference? Do I need to pay for the application for AP if I
already got the green card?
I knew I don't have to pay for the application fee if I submitted 485 but
did not get green card yet.

If you had a green card, why would you need anything else? :-)
AP is for people with 485 pending.
You don't need AP if you have a green card. AP application and renewal is
free with 485. The 485 fee is $1070 right now.
