当时是eb-1a 140和485 concurrent递的，到现在有7个月了。140 9月批得，但是刚才
突然发现485的收据上写的classification是EB-2!!不会吧！不会把我的485按eb-2的
priority来处理吧？咋办啊？

刚才check了下我的收据：上边是203 B1B PROF-RESEARCHER
我觉得是移民局给你弄错了。
你是不是还有NIW在pending.

我的485 Receipt上写的是 203 B1A Extra Ability.

怎么我的跟你们的不一样，我的只写“Employment Based 1st".申请的是1A. 有什么影
响？

刚才给移民局打了电话。这邦客服教条的很，想给他说正确的需要link的140号码他不
听，说他们自会处理。悲剧啊！
我有两个140.去年底的eb-2今年5月批的，今年4月的eb-1a 9月份批得。当时file eb-
1a的时候同时file的 140和485.收到收据的时候没注意到把485连到eb-2去了。肯爹啊
，悲剧啊！！！

This is just my 2 cents, and I don't guarantee you anything.
485 is adjustment of status, and it can be linked to previous immigration
applications so that you have the earliest PD, and the 485 would be
processed quicker. The only concern is that whether they treat your 485
submission as invalid submission as it was earlier than the current date of
EB2, but your case does not seem so. I think that you should be fine.

我现在担心的是他们因为485 link到上一个eb-2而把我的485退到不处理的书架上了
另外，485只要移民局收了就会处理，还是只有140批了且current了才会处理？

Yes, I understand this concern. I don't know for sure what your case's
status is.
Ideally (of course ideally), they should have done something regarding your
first 485, and then they don't have to re-do those things for your current
485. So perhaps your case is already in a somewhat processed stage, that's
why they have used your first 485's info.
They will process it to do the name check, etc, but it can be approved only
after 140 is approved.
I saw a case on this board that the applicant got his green card in a bit
more than a month with PP and concurrent filing, because he had an earlier
PD from a previous application.

In your case though, you can ask more about your 485 status, once it's in
pre-adjudication status, it'll be approved soon.

I see. Then your case is indeed a mis-classification on USCIS's side.
Hopefully they are fixing it now, and may you get your 485 approved soon!

先bless。他们虽然常出错，不过想来都不是死人，这个错误应该搞得定。
客服说多长时间以后让你继续follow-up了嘛？有没有给你ROD Number之类的

我也給律师打了电话，她说客服一般做routine，不能直接处理。她看看能不能联系的

这个号码，据客服说表示他们记录在案了，如果15天以后打，提供这个No就知道你什么
问题了。耐心点，这问题估计已经报到或者快要报到IO那儿了，实际操作可能就是简单
改改文件。据说他们会在15天内发email，短信update你。如果没有，过两周再打电话
好了。
