Hi, I have a question,
I am working as full-time H1B right now and got my I140 approved. For family
reason, I want to work part-time in the same company next year. Is that a
problem to keep my current I140 if I work from full-time to part-time?

As far as I know when you transfer to part-time, the HR has to make an
amendment to your H1B (LCA), so that immigration will notice that.
But I don't know what is the consequence of that.
