刚刚收到RFE,移民局说我没有交 a medical examination (Form I-693) completed
by a designated civil surgeon. 我明明递交所有的材料。我是不是要重新做一个呀

不用重新做，医生应该有COPY，但不知道是不是还需要他们重新签名。跟医生联系一下

so it will expire soon any way, and you need to re-do it.

下午打电话预约体检。Office manager说我不学要重新检查。医生重填一下表就行了。
原因是我今年4月file I-485的，体检时间到我交表时间不到一年。这次补交上次的表
就好了。是这样的吗？如果不行，会不会被拒？还是又一个RFE?谢谢！

One year is counted from the time you did the medical exam to the time the
IO will check it.
My doctor said that some applicant's medical exam got expired (some vaccines
were outdated) by the time the IO processed his case and he had to re-do it
, even though he submitted it on time.
Our vaccines are often with an expiration date far ahead in the future. If
your doctor could re-sign the form to a current date, perhaps it's okay.

IO will check it.
