约的时候说没有疫苗，所以可以提前检查，不用等到三岁。可是今天去了，又说要打甲
肝疫苗第二针。请问大家的宝宝三岁体检要打这个疫苗么？

如果不缺推荐人，是不是不要选phd老板做推荐人？而且还是中国人。
但是想来想去，其实phd老板的推荐信是可以全面评价自己的（从各个方面），其他的
推荐人不可能把自己吹的天花乱坠的，因为不熟。
大家是怎么想的，请有经验的指教。

要不看看学区有什么要求?

The letter might not be very helpful, but it would not hurt.
What is your case: EB1a or b?

谢谢，大家甲肝疫苗第二针是什么时候打的？我们第一针是两岁打的。

EB1B，如果帮助不是很大的话，那就要选个有帮助的？
但是如果不是很熟，一般不好露骨的吹捧把？

For EB1B, you need to have 3 years' research experiences. If you only
recently graduated, you can use your PhD adviser's letter to prove that your
PhD work is outstanding, so you have more than 3 years' research
experiences. Otherwise, you might not need your PhD adviser's letter.
For independent recommendation letters, you still need to have very strong
letters. The most important thing is that they need to say that you have
influenced their work (and give detailed examples regarding how they have
used your research findings, etc.). And they should state that you are
outstanding with international reputation in the summary section.
Tell these recommenders that the letters are for green card purpose, so they
are different from other letters. Many of them would understand.

就是说对于刚毕业的phd，最好要有phd老板的推荐信？

Yes,it will be better. The letter from your PhD adviser will not hurt.
