想买分格带icepack的。不要很大，太复杂的。小孩子还小，五六岁，正在上summer

去年12月file的EB1a,
TSC，没有加急，
今年九月中旬收到RFE，
11月初提交response，
今天email notification，
终于approved了。
现在准备自己file 485啦。有个问题请教大家...
副申请人现在也是H1B，申请485期间
副申请人换雇主有没有什么需要注意的？比如，及时通知USCIS什么的？
多谢！

不锈钢的可以保持冷的温度两三个小时，就是饭盒有点小（参见尺寸），只能装点蔬菜
水果，加上主食可以考虑买一个部分格的

You don't have to do anything until you get your green card. To keep using your H1 is the safe way to go.

这个看起来蛮可爱的，就是可能放面包什么的有点儿吃力。可以像mm建议的那样再买一
个不分格的。多谢mm给的这个链接，里面还有不少类似的，我再比较比较看看。

本来还想着如果太复杂的话，先只file一个人的485呢，呵呵

Both of you should file 485 and EAD. As long as your case is safe, your LD
may even use her EAD, if she thinks of it as easier, or the next employer
does not want to sponsor H1 transfer, as she is the dependent and she can
fall back to H4 in the worst case. But if she has H1 by herself, and she can
file H1 transfer, that's even safer.
