也来share我的weak case:
PHD in mechanical, 业界中型公司的application engineer
3 US journal and 1 Chinese journal paper (Only 2 of them are 1st author), 5
conference papers. citation 16 英文 + 8 中文 （包含自引）
paper 质量一般般.(1.x 到2.x)
2 patents pending
review 20.
No award.
6 recommendation letter, 2 europe, 1 canada, 3 US
Cliamed contribution, publication and judge
12/24/10 EB1B submitted to TSC without PP
03/27/11 submitted 485
8/31/10 140 NOID received
在那之后公司律师称今年我们公司收到10几个RFE和NOID,基本上后来都过了,
除了一个,那个就是和我们一样的IO,他认为这个IO过于tough,建议我withdraw
然后重新submit EB1B PP,因为PP和普通的是不同的2组人.
因为是公司的律师,我也说不上什么话,就同意了.
他在submit新的140的时候帮我同时relink 前面那个485

已经收到绿卡,但是他们弄错了性别, sigh.....
