本人CS小硕一枚，估计下半年毕业。打算投MS家，想了解一下面试的情况。
1.面试的流程一般如何？分几轮？会有现场coding吗？
2.面试一般问些什么方面的问题？语言方面还是系统、数据库，抑或算法数据结构？
3.难度如何？和FB，G之类相比？
4.H1b签证大概需要多久才能拿到？
5.投简历是去他家官网吗？
恳请各位不吝赐教。不胜感激。

EAD case status显示是card in production,
AP status 是post-decision activity，没说card in production.
我想应该是combo card 吧. 有经验的人能说说一般多久收到卡么？谢谢！

1. If you perform well, 5 rounds.Yes, we will also ask coding on white board.
2. It depends on then team you are interview with.
3. I interviewed FB and G before. I feel FB is a bit harder. G is about the
same as MSFT.
4. You won't get H1b for this year since it's filled. You then will get H1b
on Oct 2013.
5. Yes.
