1. TB
TB测试有没有年限的？我三年前做过皮试加X－ray，这次还用作吗？
2. Syphilis
这个是怎么检查的？孕妇可以做吗？
3. Physical or Mental Disorder
这个怎么查？需要带什么资料吗？
4. Drug Abuse
这个怎么查？需要带什么资料吗？
5. 免疫
我数了数一共是12项，每一个都要打吗？我的小黄本上只有Td和MMR，难道还要打10针？
最后问一下大家体检的费用问题，这个钱应该是自己出的，可以和医生negotiate吗？

If you were positive before, and you had record of the size of the bump, the
green card doctor may record that number and send you for chest X-ray
directly. However, you seem to be pregnant, right? You can ask the doctor to
help you postpone it.
Some pregnant women got their green cards without RFE on this x-ray, some
got RFE, and they did so after giving birth. So there's luck involved.
blood test. you can do it.
no need to prove, just say no.
same as 3.
针？
Not all of them.
Maybe flu shot is needed in fall and winter, but some doctors may mark it as
"not age appropriate", and it might be waived.

As to chickenpox, you can just say that you had it before. Some doctors want
to do blood-test about it, and you can try other doctors who do not require
that. Also, the flu shot is a variant. Otherwise, I think that your
vaccines are complete now.
MMR is no good for pregnant women, but you have had it before. Such vaccines
are valid for 10 years.
pimpernel has given you the link to pjiang's blog. pjiang almost has all the
answers to all the green card questions, and you can check it to see.

TB是无论如何一定要做得对吗？那不如先去family doctor那儿做了不行吗？
Syphilis是也一定会要求做的吗？

You must have a record of the size of the bump in an earlier TB test, which the doctor can write in the form, and then you don't have to do it again, but you still need an x-ray; otherwise supposedly you have to do this TB test.
As summercat mentioned earlier, if you are positively reacting to such vaccines, it's not good to have such a vaccine again. It may hurt people's health.
I remember an ID used to mention that s/he responded very badly to this vaccine, and his/her arm was swollen for a long time, and I think that for his/her case, s/he should have asked the doctor to waive it, even if s/he didn't have a record. You know, even for religious reasons, some people can waive some vaccines.
Yes, this is a must, and you can do it in your doctor's office.

I was pregnant when I did the exam. This is what I did.
1. TB,
do the blood test as indicated on the instruction form (not skin test,
cause my previous skin test was positive). My blood test came out negative,
thus no need to do X-ray. If you have a positive skin test result, you must
do X-ray. Therefore, go for blood test is the best way for pregnant women.
2. Syphilis, done by blood test. my OB have done blood test on this, so just
asked my OB to fax the result to the doctor.
3 Td, MMR, chickpox vaccine. 我的小黄本上有Td和MMR, no need to do it again,
also tell the doctor I had chcikpox before, no need to vaccine.

请问你说的那个TB test用验血代替，是说做Interferon Gamma Release Assay吗？
表上写它也是initial screening test，但是如果我以前TB阳性，那么是不是这个血检也是阳性，然后结果还是要X－ray

就是做体检表instruction列了几个acceptable 的blood test。和skin test一样，
blood test 也是initial screening test，如果阳性都需要做x-ray。 skin test有可
能因为你以前打过疫苗而产生假阳性，但blood test不受疫苗影响。

检也是阳性，然后结果还是要X－ray

我也是怀孕，刚做体检，供你参考：
TB test：我的ob认为skin test 没有任何问题。如果阳性，她认为xray也是完全没问
题的，只要在肚子上shield一下就可以。我的结果是阴性，就没有做xray。
疫苗：MMR是肯定不能打的。 Tentanus（破伤风）是需要打的，但是我的ob建议28周以
后再打。我还没有到28周，所以也不能打。
还有一点：医生说凡是我不能打的针，老公也不可以打。所以我们两个人就什么都没有
打，呵呵。
体检每个人95，由于是律师推荐还给了5块钱的discount。所以最后每人90. 在达拉斯
，孟建焕医生。
