Also, green card job is for future job, if your company would help to
confirm that they still have the intention to hire you once you get the

It's such a big company. I don't sure who can make this decision. At such
situation, a small company will be better.

I don't think there is any required document from the company at 485
submission, so you can submit the 485 anyway. Most probabily it will get
approved, unless there are things indicating a job change, e.g., your
address changed to a far-away state.
