Something I've been meaning to do for a while was check what proportion of
PP RFEs get an approval or denial. A lot of people on this site say "don't
do PP as you'll get a RFE" which is irrelevant because what you want to know
is whether you'll be ultimately approved, not whether they ask additional
questions.
By my reckoning using the stats on this site (all I-140):
6% of PP with RFE get denied
10% of non-PP with RFE get denied
2% of PP cases overall get denied
3% of non-PP cases overall get denied
The PP denial rate is numerically quite low (41 cases) so it could be skewed
slightly.
