My case is this
1)Have an approved I140 that the priority date is current now
2)The approved I140 was filed under a junior position in department A
3)Still working for the same company but job position is now senior one in
department B
4)The two job function are different although there is similarity
Question: can I ask the company I485 for me now with current job (senior in
department B)?
