I don't think that your package is lost, it's just that you don't know how
to track it.

Perhaps you can wait for a bit longer, as the credit card transactions may
not appear so early. Or maybe you can call your credit card customer service
, and they may know whether it's charged.
Have you submitted the G-1145 form to request email or text message notices?
If yes, you may get an email receipt some time soon. Otherwise, it just
takes a bit longer to get the post-mail receipt.

问题是fedex的系统里找不到，应该是星期三寄到，我们也没有申请那个表说寄到后给

service? I am imagining that without a tracking number, it might be hard to
locate a package, but your local office might have some record on recent
transactions.
However, today is just Wednesday. Give it a bit more time than thinking that
it's lost.

昨天打了两个电话，那人一个一个查，没有查到从我们州发出的fedex express 到移民局的邮件。

that day, but waited till Mon. So the dates in checking sounded reasonable.
I don't know why this guy on the phone could not find it, but it's very rare
for a Fedex Express mail to get lost, and I just don't feel that this
package have disappeared.
If it can make you feel better, do you want to call your credit card company
to verify this transaction to know that your card was charged?
Also, has the Fedex guy on the phone tell you what might have happened if a
package couldn't be tracked but you did mail it?

schedule.
"信息还没有导系统里" It's very normal. If they don't scan on time, the info
is not entered.
"我总觉得即使是星期一寄出，那星期一晚上也因该有信息了" It is a reasonable
assumption, but in this busy holiday season, there could be some slips here
and there to cause this. But I do think that all the shippers are rushing
their orders before Christmas.
Relax a bit and I still think that you will get a receipt in the first or
second week of Jan 2012.

I am not 大侠 ah. I wish you the best, but I can't guarantee anything ah. In my case, the checks got cashed at almost the same time or later than when I got my post-mail receipts. Big Bless for you!

感觉接包裹的时候只要给你打出收据，电脑一定会有记录的啊，要不收据从何而来呢。
而且丢收据这种事，相当常见，这么大的快递公司不会只靠顾客的收据查询吧，最起码
也可以清点近期收得包裹，东西也不至于丢啊。
找FEDEX Service Center的电话，直接complain，不卑不亢，态度坚决，给个时间段,
必须要给个说法。
