EB1A批了
485是11月交的，已经FP了
没有找到官方文件，但好像说是1A得换工作就没有180天的约束？
是这样吗？多谢！

there is no limitation for eb1a,
but i think you'd better keep the work among the same research direction.

are you sure? i know someone changed the job even just after 140 approval.

that's simply wrong. For eb1a and niw, you can change jobs any time you want
. 180 days rule only applies to eb1b, eb2 perm, and eb3.

Do I need to report this change to USCIS?
Now I am a post-doc under OPT, may join a company which is E-verified. I
might need to use my current EAD for a few days before I get the new EAD, or
I should continue use the current EAD ?

我的eb1a，在一个单位送了，没批就换了单位，在新单位收到了rfe，送进去就批了。
rfe的内容跟换单位没有关系。

好像也不用给USCIS说，对吧？
那你是在网上换了地址了吗？不知道这种换地址是不是有风险？或者不改用现在的地址
