前段时间在版上送了些organic valley coupon, 要求0.50的邮费. 其实就是想可以福
利更多的人. 送了十几份, 老手都是直接付钱给我, 不留notes. 可总有那么一两个,
在Notes里留了coupon字样. 更有甚的, 还用非personal付钱, 还在notes里留字. 大家
都知道, 即使0.50, paypal也会收0.31的手续费的.
不是怪他们, 只是大家行事的时候要多个心眼, 不要因为自己的无心之矢, 给本来是做
好事的同学带来不必要的麻烦.

I-907 instruction Page 2, 2nd Column, "Where to File"上说的是：
If you have already filed the underlying form (i.e., I-140) and wish to
require premium processing service, submit Form I-907 to the Service Center
where is the underlying form is pending.
我现在已经efile了I-140, PP不能efile. 我这140什么时候就算是"pending"了呢？
140 receipt上让我把supporting材料寄到TSC:
U.S. Mail:
USCIS Texas Service Center
Attn: E-Filed I-140
P.O. Box 851391
Mesquite, TX 75185-1391
版上有说法是PP对于initial filing一定要寄到辖区。我是NSC辖区的。现在整个被搞
晕了，到底我这刚刚efiled 140算不算"pending"呀？我是该把PP和supporting材料寄
到哪呀？

还有啊，140 efile confirmation receipt上说：
Next Steps:
* Send supporting documentation to the address below, if required.
DO NOT include any applications or fees with your supporting
documentation for this e-filed application.
那我还不能把907和我的supporting材料放一个盒子寄啦？怎么这么麻烦？！太counter

Sigh,你居然纠结了这么久。
你这个算initial filing,
你的907和140的辅助材料一起寄到Dallas。
参看instruction for 907。
要不寄给Crazydog吧，让他帮你递，hehe。

所以我就不知道是根据907的说明好，还是跟140的“Next Step”指示好。

你的140 efile到了TSC，你把 907 寄去NSC喝西北风啊？！
甭管你住哪，efile+pp都去TSC，Dallas

Thank you for the accurate assessment. My PhD advisor said that my strength
is that I am very meticulous (or weakness?).
What about the "Next Step"'s instruction on NOT including other applications
and fees?

Let me explain:
DO NOT include any applications or fees (I-140 Forms and $580 140 fee) with
your supporting documentation for this e-filed application.
This "next step" is only for 140. If you include 907, definitely enclose a
check for the I-907 fee.
