"如果現有工卡，后有H4"
When you get your EAD card, did you use it to work? I guess that you did not
though, as you applied for H4 then.
Without using your EAD card, your status is not AOS yet.
If you will use your EAD, then you will become AOS once you use it. As long
as the principal applicant (your LD) is H1, you both are safe till you get
your green cards, since you can always go back to H4 in the worse case
scenario (but of course I don't think that you'll come to that.)
